RETURNS
I am happy to replace damaged items as long as they returned to me within 7 days.
Once I receive the items back I will issue a full refund (Not including any Postage Costs)
I always obtain proof of postage on every item sent.
LOST PARCELS
Please note that I do NOT offer refunds for parcels lost by Royal Mail unless First Class Recorded delivery was purchased... But I will send you proof of postage and a claim form so that you may make a claim against Royal Mail...
